2026 Executive Mentor Welcome Back & Scholarship Recognition

#UWFJoin the UWF Office of Military Services, Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business, and Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz Center for Leadership for the 2026 Executive Mentor Welcome Back and Gold Star Memorial and Purple Heart Scholarships Recognition. Students, faculty and business professionals from throughout the community are invited to connect and network while recognizing Gold Star Memorial, Purple Heart and additional scholarship recipients.
The event will feature special guest speaker Bert Thornton, Vice Chairman Emeritus of Waffle House Inc. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be provided, and business attire is recommended.
The event will take place Thursday, September 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the second-floor atrium of Building 76A on the UWF Pensacola campus. All are welcome.
