UWF students are invited to join other Argos on an escape to Pensacola Beach on Saturday, August 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy the sun with a live DJ playing all your favorite hits, games in the sand and an opportunity to relax before classes begin. Food, snacks, water and games will be provided. Don't forget to bring extra water and sun protection (i.e., sunscreen, umbrellas, hats). Please note this event is an alcohol-free event.

• 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. - the first 150 Argos to arrive at Commons Great Hall will get beach transportation.
• 10:30 a.m. - buses will depart from Parking Lot H.
• 1 to 2 p.m. - buses will shuttle students back to campus.

Beach Bash is a signature event of Argo Arrival, UWF's official welcome season for our new and returning students.
