Colloquium is a weekly series hosted by the Kugelman Honors Program every Friday from January 16 to April 17 from 9 to 10 a.m. in Building 76A, Room 102. These sessions explore thought-provoking topics from unique disciplinary perspectives.

The Gulf is an environmentally, economically, and socially vital region that supports fisheries, energy production, trade, tourism, and interconnected human and environmental systems. This colloquium series examines the Gulf through an interdisciplinary, systems-based lens, exploring how human and environmental forces intersect. Through guest speakers, participants will (re)imagine the Gulf as a shared, sustainable space for both human and ecological systems.
