#UWFOctober is the season of harvest and Halloween! Would you like to try writing the word “Pumpkin” in Japanese calligraphy style? It’s a wonderful way to add a unique touch to your fall decorations at home!
Join UWF International Affairs for a fun workshop on Saturday, October 4, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Japan House in the UWF International Affairs (Building 71) where you can experience Japanese culture through calligraphy. No experience needed – anyone can join! A creative way to explore Japanese culture and celebrate the season.
Ages 10 and up are welcome. Free of charge – all materials will be provided. Advance registration (Google Form) is required. You’ll also have the chance to turn your name into a piece of art with brush and ink!
We look forward to seeing you there!
