UWF Libraries, Counseling and Psychological Services, and Wellness will be hosting an in-person Kindness is Contagious: Nurturing Well-Being Together workshop on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room (Room 215) on the second floor of Pace Library.

The workshop will include topics related to practical self-care strategies and actionable steps to contribute to a culture of kindness at UWF. The event will feature Abraham Sculley, a national speaker, bestselling author, and a UWF alumnus!

Workshop participants will engage in a dynamic and interactive session designed to cultivate a culture of compassion, empathy, and well-being within the UWF community. Led by Speaks 2 Inspire, this workshop explores the transformative power of kindness, provides practical self-care strategies, and encourages participants to extend compassion to others. Through engaging activities and discussions, attendees will gain valuable insights and tools to enhance their mental health and contribute to a supportive campus environment.
