About this Event
View mapJoin the Office of Public Policy Events at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, in the Usha Kundu, MD College of Health multipurpose room in the Darrell Gooden Center on the UWF Pensacola campus.
This group forum features Dr. Adam Cayton and Dr. Clifford Humphrey from UWF, alongside Dr. Tom Barber and Dr. Brian Rucker from Pensacola State College, as they explore a core tension in American political thought: whether a healthy republic requires citizens shaped by civic virtue, moral character, and public spirit, or whether liberty can thrive through a commercial society driven by self-interest, free markets, and sound institutions.
All are welcome to attend, including UWF faculty, staff, students, and members of the broader community. Register on the Office of Public Policy Events website.
