About this Event
View mapTake Back the Night is a UWF annual event aimed at standing up against sexual violence by bringing awareness, education, and resources to the student body. Together, we can change the attitudes and beliefs that perpetuate violence and grow a healthier campus and world.
UWF students are invited to join UWF Wellness and UWF Peer Educators on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the University Commons (Building 22) Auditorium and Great Hall for The Healing Garden: A Take Back the Night Event, a place to stand up against sexual violence and support survivors. On this night, advocates, survivors, and their friends and family come together to grow a safer and healthier campus.
Take Back the Night 2024 will feature free food, giveaways, activities, and HIV testing, as well as a memorial march in honor of Susan Leigh Morris. Come show your support for survivors and contribute to growing a world without sexual violence.
